Conquer ancient Egypt in Total War: Pharaoh coming this October

Creative Assembly's Total War: Pharaoh is set to transport gamers to Ancient Egypt in a highly anticipated historical strategy game. Players will be thrust into the Bronze-Age Collapse, where the Egyptian New Kingdom faces threats from rivals, invaders, and natural disasters. With society crumbling and war looming, players must save Egypt from destruction.

Developed by Creative Assembly Sofia, Pharaoh is a core installment in the Total War series, offering innovative features. Environmental obstacles affect troop performance, while dynamic weather systems play a crucial role in battles, with heat causing fatigue and fires. Sandstorms, downpours, and thunderstorms pose additional challenges.

At launch, players can choose from three cultures: Egyptian, Hittite, and Canaanite, each with unique factions. The game offers campaign customization, random starting positions, and resource settings. Post-launch, three DLC faction packs are planned, with the first included in the Deluxe Edition.
