The Last of Us game, developed by Naughty Dog, was first released back in 2013 with the sequel game Part 2 released in 2020. The action-adventure survival horror games are set in a post-apocalyptic United States ravaged by cannibalistic creatures infected by a mutated fungus in the genus Cordyceps. Both games were not only beloved by fans but hugely successful receiving multiple Game Of The Year awards.
The series stars Pedro Pascal as the troubled protagonist Joe Miller. Pedro is well known for his lead roles in The Mandalorian, Oberyn Martell in Game of Thrones, and Javier Peña in Narcos.
