GTA Online Spreads Holiday Cheer with Free Gifts and Festive Events

The holiday spirit has taken over GTA Online, and Rockstar Games is ensuring players celebrate in style. From December 19 to December 31, players who log in will be showered with free gifts, exclusive bonuses, and festive activities.

Free Holiday Goodies

Players can snag a variety of items, from fun cosmetics to useful tools. The freebies include:

  • A Festive Penguin Onesie

  • A Gold Reindeer Pendant

  • A stylish Gold Star Jacket and Pants combo

  • A Firework Launcher with 20 rockets

  • A Snowball Launcher

  • Refreshed snacks, armor, and ammo.

Additionally, keep an eye out for the Happy Holidays Hauler, a roaming truck that delivers GTA$, RP, refills for snacks and ammo, and even one of two holiday-themed sweaters (eCola or Sprunk).

Seasonal Events and Rewards

Returning favorites like the Weazel Plaza Shootout, The Gooch, and Snowmen Destruction are back, along with new and returning Adversary Modes. Completing holiday-themed challenges in Adversary Modes unlocks rare rewards like the Snowman Finish for the Combat Pistol and the Santa’s Helper Finish for the Heavy Sniper. Bonus payouts and unique perks are also available:

  • 3x GTA$ and RP on Entourage (Festive Remix).

  • Double passive income for Garment Factory Agents of Sabotage.

  • 100,000 GTA$ bonus for winning two Adversary Modes.

New vehicles are also hitting the streets, including the Invetero Coquette D10 cop car and the quirky Brute Taco Van.

Rockstar Stays Silent on GTA 6

While players enjoy GTA Online's festivities, some can't help but feel the absence of news about the highly anticipated GTA 6. Despite hopes for a trailer or reveal at The Game Awards, Rockstar remains quiet. With 2025 approaching, fans are beginning to worry that the sequel might be delayed.

Whether or not GTA 6 news drops soon, GTA Online fans still have plenty to celebrate this holiday season.
