Nintendo Direct & Indie World Announced for Today: What to Expect

Nintendo fans, get ready! Today, Tuesday, August 27th, 2024, marks a double feature for all things Nintendo with the announcement of an Indie World Showcase followed by a Nintendo Direct Partner Showcase.

Here’s the schedule for the August 27th Nintendo Direct broadcasts:

• North America: 7 AM PDT / 8 AM MDT / 9 AM CDT / 10 AM EDT

• UK/Ireland: 3 PM BST

• Europe: 4 PM CEST / 5 PM EEST

• Asia/Oceania: 11 PM JST / 10 PM AWST / 12 AM (Wed) AEST

• Gulf Standard Time: 6 PM GST

The showcases will run for approximately 40 minutes, delivering updates on indie games and third-party titles coming to the Nintendo Switch this year. However, Nintendo has confirmed that their much-anticipated "Switch successor" will not be making an appearance during these events.
