No Quidditch in upcoming Wizarding World RPG Hogwarts Legacy

Hogwarts Legacy, due to release on February 10th, 2023, is an action role-playing video game developed by Avalanche Software, set in the Wizarding World universe based on the Harry Potter novels and films.

Players start their journey as 5th year Hogwarts students, attending classes, exploring the castle grounds, and rediscovering mysterious ancient magic as they create their own legacy at the magical institution.

As discussed in the FAQ section of the games website, "Quidditch is not playable in Hogwarts Legacy". This has left many Wizarding World fans who were excited about the upcoming release of Hogwarts Legacy somewhat disappointed, and see this decision as a missed opportunity.

Even though Quidditch will not be a apart of the game, players will still be able to ride broomsticks as a means of transportation and exploration, and also take part in broom flight racing.
